1995 E320 ASR PROBLEM! What do these codes mean?

Car has the occasional ASR light popping on: When this happens car goes into LIMP mode, I can pull over and restart the car and everything is fine, problem is beginning to happen alittle more frequently.

Pulled these codes today on:

PIN 8
-8- Idle speed control (ISC) system at upper or lower control stop or CC or EA indicates "limp
home" mode.

PIN 14
-3 Right EA/CC/ISC actuator (left cylinder bank) (M16/1)
-6 Starter lock-out/backup lamp switch
-12 EA/CC/ISC control module voltage supply

From this it seems that my problem is the Idle speed control that Pin 8 registered what part is that exactly? Or I may be wrong what else could it be by these readings?

Thanks

The codes on pin 14 are why the ASR lamp is coming on.

Code 6 suggests the safety neutral switch is bad.
Code 12 is about the over voltage protection relay.

MB Doc.

I was wrong it is 3 and 6 and 14 instead of 12.

-14 Closed throttle position contact switch.

What do you think my first try should be. I have read some of the other posts you have commented on and saw a couple that had number 8 on Pin 8 and number 3 on Pin 14 and you said it was probably the ETA. I know I also have 6 and 14. So, I could possibly have a bad ETA, Neutral Safety Switch and a bad Throttle Positioning Sensor? Thanks for the help.

I would go with the least $$$ and that is code 6, neutral safety switch on the trans.

All other codes point to the very $$$ throttle actuator.

The throttle actuator, is also known as the slide actuator, it is the part under the intake right?
