Oil pan gasket sealant?
I'm changing my oil pan gasket on my M103 and was wondering if the gasket goes on dry or does it need sealant, or if it matters?
And if it does use sealant what kind? I like using blue silicon, but I know there's other stuff, like 2 Form a Gasket.

At the risk of Defiling Deceased Equine
1.What does the FSM call for?
(My notes for the OM602 call for #002 989 45 20 for the Oil Pan Gasket... Very, Very sparingly on each side of the Gasket) [Howeveah, MBDOC suggests the "Black Omni" #003 989 98 20 10 is suitable for all your engine sealing needs.]
