$100.00 all I can take!!!

I have been looking for parts for my sons 1990 190E, found this guy on craigs list. He told me he was just about to crush it (1990 190E), he said he would wait for me and that I could have anything I wanted for $100.00! I asked, even the motor and tranny? He said anything. I got the motor and tranny and so much other stuff, before I started to drive away he was crushing the 190E. There was so much more I could have got but didnt have the time. It was a good day but now I am so tired.

Around Indianapolis area the price is about $500.00 for a car like a W123 or W124. On Sunday July 12. the "Pull A Part" yard on Aquaduct north of 16th Street and west of MLK Drive is going $39.99 for all you can carry (at one time) across a 20 foot marked area. I think I will practice on that 617 with transmission I have in the garage. Oh man but it is hot in those yards in mid July. Oh man but is that engine and transmission heavy. Can't hardly lift it with the engine hoist! That yard is really nice though as it is totally paved and very clean.

Maybe you could drop it onto a furniture dolly type thing. Harbor Freight has them for $20 or so usually.
