1987 300D W124 AC problem

Hi:

AC behaving strangely. Noticed today that ac not cooling well, air blowing from dash is only lightly cool.
Compressor is kicking in, sight glass on dryer shows flow, maybe some bubbles. Car was converted to R134 8 years ago, included new rotary compressor, hoses, expansion valve, condensor, dryer...

So, compressor is kicking in, but if I remember correctly, one hose should be cold and one hot? Well the hose that usually gets cold is not...

Also, I dont' think aux fan is kicking in.

Any ideas?

Thanks

First step would be to check high and low pressures with manifold gauges and report back.
