Hot Stuff

Hi. I have a problem with my heater. For reasons unknown it always blows hot. If I mess with the settings I can get cold from some of the vents but it still blows hot out of others. What can I replace to solve this. Any help would be gratefully appriciated.

My car is an '82 380 SL.
