Minor issue with my 722.6

When starting cold, there is a delay is shifting.

Reverse engages straight away. But rather, shifting from reverse to drive results in a 2 - 3 second delay.

It can occur when hot, but rarerly. Results in me putting my foot down and not moving anywhere untill it engages.

Fluid was changed about 13 000 km ago for the first time at 140 000 km. I planned to do a filter and fluid change but haven't got around to it yet.

There is the occasional erratic gear change, but 99.9% of the time it drives great.

No limp mode, etc.

Any ideeas?
