Which vac pod toast? No air some vents

Alright -- got an odd one that I can only assume is broken vac pods on my 300TE. Started yesterday

The left vent shoots out tons of air (more than usual) and the middle and right vent basically has none coming out.

Which pod went kaput you think? I hope its one of the ones that can be replaced just by removing the dash cover...

I just got one of those cheap mighty vacs from Autozone and connected up with each line behind the glove box and used the diagram from the manual to pinpoint which one(s) were shot.

Take out the glove box and look at the long manifold thing which has all the vac lines attached to it. When I was messing around in there on my '95 which has no glovebox (so I had to take the air bag out) to fix my speaker, I noticed that two vac lines had become disconnected from that manifold.

Put them back on, which was rather fiddly (hemostat helps) and voila, much improved flow from center vents. They are color coded
