Doesn't your insurance cover it?
I would not pay that for a used windshield, especially if it's not already out of the car. If it's already out of the car it's worth $25 to me CAD or USD, not one farthing more. The act of removing a windshield from a car usually trashes it. Some things you just don't want to buy used.

Buy a new windshield!
A used one could have chips and will certainly be pitted to a certain extent.
