central locking broken W210

I have a 1996 E300D....yesterday the radio & central locking stopped working. I discovered that fuse #5 under the seat had blown....I replaced that fuse & all started working again for a short while. Now the radio still works but the following are all inoperable:

1) central locking...neither with console button nor with the key fob, nor with the key in the door
2) inside trunk release
3) rear seat rest flop down switch

Incidentally, all fuses are good & the infra-read key fob & alarm work fine.

Is there another fuse that I am unaware of, or is this some other device such as the vacuum pump? If so, is there a DIY somewhere that tells where it is & how to troubleshoot?

Thanks in advance!
