Hi guys any shortcuts on how to remove two rear seized rims?
Wheel lugs are broken.
Cut off front ones.
Need some advice thanks.

Make a drill guide sleeve from steel or galvanized pipe.
Note: You can use several sizes of pipe to nest inside each other to get a better fit, lube them with a light coat of axle grease to reduce friction heating.

Use a half inch bit for the cutting.

Pre-measure the depth, and use a drill stop collar.

The attached picture shows the safety margin to work within.
