how to get underneath a W126?
Hey all, i don't know if any of you read my screw posting. I was wondering if it is possible to get underneath the car to see the screw. The screw in the W126 is below the seat track, if you lift up the plastic flap on the corners of the raised floor where the passenger seat sits on, the screw is under there. Well it goes through a black track and then through the floor, and its stripped and i can't get it out. Is there anywhere under the car that i can see it or access it to get it out? If so how do i get to it? (how to get the panels off)

You can't access it from under the car to my knowledge.
If it turns and turns, more than likely the holding nut is broken free. You may have to cut it out some how and weld in a new one.

Hey, do you know for sure if there is a nut that there has broken free? I really hope not because that would be a pain, i was hoping that just the screw was stripped. I don't know how it works. Not that you would know if there is a nut that has broken free, but if there is a nut under there that holds them?
