Does PartsShop or FastLane sell the 7 inch round Hella Euro style replacement headlights ? I can't find them.

http://catalog.com/susq/index.htm they are supposed to be great to work with. very popular on the Miata Forum. They can get almost anything Hella has/does make I have no connection nor have I bought from them, just passing on a good reputation. Good luck

I got mine from J. C. Whitney

They had them on special for $36.99 lately. The Hellas are far superior to some of the non-European brands offered in terms of beam precision, but if you don't have to worry about state inspectors and can get by with true, uncompromised E-code lights, Whitney has some Polish made 7" which are really great.

Susquehanna Motor Sports (aka rallylights.com) has Hella E codes for 67.78 a pair! Thought about the JC Whitney myself but Hella's can be had for about the same price.

I have had great experience with Susquehanna Motor Sports. Go for H4's if your state will allow.

Imortant distinction here in Virginia

The Hella lights that Whitney offers use H-4 bulbs and have a euro-style up-angle on the right of the beam, but are marked as DOT approved and have the alignment bumps on the lenses for state inspectors to see.

The other, bigger distributor of Hella stuff in the US (they have an even more extensive inventory than Susquehanna) is PUMA.

www.puma-access.com or 800.333.7862. Ask for Paul.

There have been lots of reports of poor light output and leaks. If your inspectors allow it use the true E-codes. Another option is to keep the old lights (if they still work) and install just for inspections. Not legal but a very common way to get around inspections. If you keep the lights aimed properly and do not use the really bright bulbs and keep with white bulbs you should have no problem.

Paul at PUMA can hook you up with authentic E-code lenses, BTW
