How do you access the blower motor? Do you have to take the dash apart or can you get at it from the engine compartment?

Which blower. The heater blower is terrible, the A/C not so bad if you cheat.
One can see the heater blower by looking through the center vents. Sometimes a long screw driver can move it through the vents. Somtimes all that is necessary is to give it a shove and let it run for a while. The electrical is available under the hood. There is a four pin connection on the fire wall.
