Hood adjustment on W208 or similar models?

On my girlfriends 2002 CLK320 that we recently bought, I noticed the hood is sitting lower on the passenger side compared to the drivers.

I looked, but didn't see anything obvious...Where does it adjust at? Is it even adjustable?

Can't find any factory manuals online anywhere for the W208 models which is a shame...May have to buy one off ebay, but in the mean time, anybody here know?

hey,

am not 100% sure , but if its anything like the w124, then the adjustment bolts may be hidden inside of the fenders. drop the inner fender well/plastic liner, and look for bolts in the region of the hood hinges

goodluck

The hood isn't like the W124's at alll...it uses gas powered struts to hold it open and all...

To close it fully, I have to drop it from a good foot otherwise it won't close on the right side properly.
