Angry fuel Accumulator 1991 190E 2.6

OK gang, I have continued on with this no start situation on my wifes car, what I have found is that water is in the fuel system. I removed the #6 injector and ran the pumps just to see how much fuel was getting threw, it seemed minuscule to me but I really did not know how m much should get threw the injector, though if you think about it atomization would be more important than quantity. I went in the house and about an hour later I went out and found water in my drip bowl. so I ran the pumps after removing the fuel inlet hose and found more water. So I am at this time in proses of draining the fuel system. I also am changing the filter, but now have a new question about the accumulator. When I removed it I had fuel drip from the small line, I have read that some is OK , but I shook it into a bowl and got a good bit of fuel from that small line, as in the pictures, dose this mean I need to replace the accumulator? The amount of fuel was 5 tea spoons.
