mercedes question

hi.. i need a little help on my 93 mercedes 190 e 2.6, question is how many volts suppose to come from the idle control valve plug. the reason i ask is because my icv idle drops when i unplug the thing. someone say that the engine suppose to rise when that is unplug is that true thanks for you time.

You should work on using better topic title. This is a Mercedes forum so pretty much 90%+ of questions on here are going to be of the Mercedes type. In this case something more like "Idle Control Valve Voltage 190E 2.6?" would have been better received, you would get more replies I think.
