Hi, I have a E320 TD est Yr 2001 plate, The front windows and mirror adjustment both no longer work using the switches on the centre console (since last Saturday). The folding of the mirrors do work, and both rear windows work. Also all windows will go down and up using the key. Any Ideas? I have looked at and replaced all fuses and done the reset trick, No joy. Thanks Pieter

Has there been any liquid spilled on that switch group?

Have you tried disconnecting the battery for a while?

Thanks for that info, No no liquid was spilled on the console or switches.
I have today disconnected the battery as you suggested, but no luck, still not working
I am at a total loss.

The window switch on that car is a computer.
It sends signals to each of the door modules that operates the window motors.

Does this mean replacement of the centre switch console or just the little PCB attached to the console?
