2005 SLK 350 battery location
Can someone please confirm the location of the battery? I haven't see the car yet but my friend suspects that he might need a new battery. I don't know where it is and I don't want tolook like a fool when I stop by. Thanks!

Doesn't your friends know? Either under the hood or in the trunk.....but I don't know of any mbz models with the battery in the trunk. I'm sure google would give you the answer, with pictures, in a fraction of the time it takes for someone that can supply you with the correct answer on here.

Well I stopped by his house this morning. The info was on page 396 of the owners manual. Nevertheless, it's under the hood.
