Help! Where is my Clima relay?

Hey guys and gals, im in the process of doing the A/C Ice Cube relay DIY on my car and for the life of me, can't find it

W124 93' 300TE 4-matic, M103 gasser of course. Ive tried searches and look alot, plenty of talk about it but no mention of its location, mostly W123 talk.

If someone could tell me the location of the Clima relay, I would much appriciate it! And it should be black/rectangular with words Clima right?)

More in depth/reason... When its hot out, (all the time here) upon startup, the a/c works fine, after driving a short distance the compressor disengages and I die inside the car for a little while and I'll feel it rengage and 95% after that, it stays on, a few times it has dropped out again. System is full and properly charged, PSI is good, works very well when on. From my understanding, this is the Clima, correct me if im wrong. I don't have the cash for a new one right now so the ice cube mod is my current destiny. I did try the CCU from my 86' 300D which worked but it cut off too often and too long of time. Im assuming thats a production date issue?

Any location info or insight on this is much appriciated! Thanks

Skippy~ As for perception: Drive what you like and can afford. Those who don't like it can supply vacuum to one of your components. LOL

If you need parts, I have some!
