Talking 1991 190E 2.6 engine electrical troubles

Hi gang, I have several questions for the electrial wiz crews. first let me start with code readings. I have 7-9-10-14-17-18-and 27. I have the code read outs so I am good there. one code that I am not sure of is the #9, electro-hydralic actuator, what is this? Here is what happened, after starting the car I serviced the AC, and the car went crazy, and would not Idle with the ac on. it even popped threw the exhaust and intake a few times. I checked the fues on the ovp and it has power. after reading the codes I did the clearing but still have check eng lite. Can the OX have gone bad and cause all the other lost signals? With out signal to the ICV we do not have idle with AC on. Any thoughts on this subject? thanks JNT

Well folks I found the wiring diagram for the 190E 2.6 in the DIY section and traced down what could be the trouble spots and if I am correct the ox and the OVP could give me the CE lite, It seems strange that they both could go out at the same time but this is my theory, I used penetrating oil to soak the ICV and get it unstuck, as soon as I started the engine it smoked like crazy as it sucked what was left of the oil in the ICV into the engine and it then ran threw the exhaust and onto the ox sensor causing it to burn out. NOW this is just my theory so what do you think?
