Exclamation W203 C320 Rear headrest vacuum pop down inop

I just acquired a 2001 C320 and after giving a good clean and vacuum I folded down the rear seats, removed the rear headrests then after installation they would not pop down anymore when using the button on the dash. I checked to see if there were any vacuum lines loose but none were loose. They were working prior to me cleaning the car. What could this be? BTW, the door locks are operational.

To remove:
Press head restraint power switch upwards and hold until the head restraint is fully extended.
Pull the head restraint out.

To install:
Press head restraint power switch upwards and hold for about 5 seconds.
Press the head restraint down until it engages.
Adjust to desired position.
