93 w201 no blower at all after replacing most of system
I have a 93 190e w201 with no blower responce at all.
I have replaced the blower motor with a tested unit, also replaced the fan switch and the climate control unit. I have examined all of the fuses and there does not appear to be any of the issues reported with them. any other places to chase? thanks in advance Gemsbeme |

Did you check the blower motor resistor? On the W201 I think it's a funky looking black box that is mounted on the chassis somewhere in the engine bay.

"It's box with the springs inside" From the picture it looks like the area behind the battery tray?

Victory!!!
I was looking for the "Black Box" that JohnM referred to as the heater resistor and could not find it behind the Battery, so I looked over by the fuse box and found another fuse box under a black cover. bingo! one was blown I swapped it out and the blower is a blowin. thanks JohnM for putting me on the scent.
