got the car yesterday..... it was located about an hour and 15 minutes from me...

i went to see it first..... the key was the service records... unbelievable what people can be charged for some of the work.... this guy had an extended warranty...but there was still stuff out of warranty.... 'B' service labor 545 dollars , come on....

the rest of service records are coming next week...but i already have things like a/c compressor dryer, transmission valve body, fuel pump (600 lol) rear seal, etc

I've go a special recipe for my S320,add a half of bottle Marvel Mystery Oil to one tank of gasoline.Watch your self get 29 mph on the highway

What a good looking car . . . in great shape.

Love the amount of pics that were taken. . . it's looks like it's new! Enjoy the ride, nothing like a W140.

About the tires . . . those tires look to be almost new . . . wear them out and then consider changing wheels and tires.

ha ha ha....tried to change them out with the fancier ones on the ce... i will need longer bolts....

the bolt thread and diameter is different on a 124 than a 140....

I will need 124 thread size with the bolt length of the 140 to make it work....

tires in back about 80 percent... tires up front, I would say 60 percent...

....also... when i took the front tires off the 140.... the upper control arms had been replaced, too.

Congratulations and welcome to the W140 club! I bought my coupe with the intention of fixing & selling it but after driving it a bit she became my daily driver and may never be replaced lol. Great cars; perfect mixture of luxury and performance.
