I hate to steer you wrong, but I see no one has responded at all, so here goes:
I believe the screws you are pointing out only hold the parts together to actually remove the filter elements. To get the whole housing off (which you would want to do to replace the filters anyways) I believe you just pull up on the front of the housing assembly to unlatch the front, then the whole thing slides towards the front of the car. You will want to remove the air inlet pipes first, with can be pushed or pulled to remove front he filter housing, taking advantage of the accordion shapes flexibility. Gilly
