Does the coil have power (12V) with the key on?
If it does have power, the ignition switch isn't the problem.

Hey doc,
It has battery voltage on terms 1 an 15 so a ignition Problem is ruled out. Another forum member supplied Me with the ignition, fuel, electronic eng. Control diagrams. Again vehicle starts continues to run while spraying either. And u hear the pump shut down one second after engine stalls Adjusting the co% makes no difference.it just bogs down when Key is released. Suggestions appreciated |

Have you tried by passing the fuel pump relay so that the pumps run w/o getting signal
from the relay?

Yes When bridgeing #7 & 8 engine I studied the fp relay diagram and cant see
Any other imputs to relay other than rpm signal that should keep The engine from starting while bypassed, What are some reasons engine wont start even though Fp relay is bridged and pump is running? |
