Cant get my brakes to bleed on my W126

I have a 90 300SEL and last fall a line started leaking that goes to the back brakes. Well I stored the car all winter and decided to fix it today, Very easy fix, leaking under one of the clamps. Now I cant get the brakes to pump up. I suppose the fluid has drained out of the line over time but the master cyl is full. I have tried a vacuum bleeder but all I get is air. I have pumped like nuts but there just doesn't seem to be fluid moving at all. The Master cylinder never goes down. I pulled a line off the master cylinder and no fluid coming from that. It really should be fine. It was fine before the line blew, I have read a bit about there being an issue with ABS. Is there a trick here I am missing? Car only has 75000 miles on it.
