Anyone have a C class W202 93-00 axle around to measure for length? Maybe a SLK or any other narrow car would be helpful as well.

I'd be interested in the distance between boots as this is the easiest to measure. Measure where the axle shaft enters the boot to the other boot. I'd also need to know what model year.

My goal is to use a Ford T bird / Mustang / Explorer aluminum 8.8 IRS center mixed with MB R129 suspension. I can get axles resplined / made to make the mix or center section flanges that will accept bolt on MB inner joints if a short enough MB axle can be found.

I've confirmed that R129 rear hub / uprights are the same as W202 ( some have ABS sensors some not so be careful when making the swap. ) and am hoping the axles are an inch or two shorter.
