Starting a 1987 420sel

Hello everyone,
I've got a 420sel that has been sitting for 2 years that I'd like to get started. It was running fine before it was stored. I've got a new battery for it and I know that I should drain the oil, gas, and other fluids before I start it up.

I've also been doing some reading and think that changing the spark plugs would probably be a good idea.

Anybody have some advice on other things to look for before I start it up?

It currently has 257,000 miles.

Thanks in advance!
