Warm start/cold start issues.

1990 190e

My car has trouble starting with warm and cold starts. I have remote start and if I press the button to start, it usually takes 3 tries. If I do it manually, it takes about 2, 6-8 seconds of cranking and pumping the gas pedal on second try. Spark plugs are clean, idle is good (except when first starting up, its a little rough until car gets going and is warmed up), ovp is fairly new 1-2 years, just replaced voltage regulator, battery is 5 days new, belt/tensioner is 3 days new, iacv is working and is clean. What can be the problem? I remember I had this problem years ago before I started working on my car and I had my rotors done and when the mechanic came out I then mentioned that I had problems starting the car, he said oh ok, he went back out and came back 5-10 minutes later and said I was good to go. I don't know what he did, but it fixed the problem.....this was years ago though.
