I need to replace the refrigerant line that goes from the compressor to the fuel cooler. These lines sure are expensive! Retail from the dealer with tax is over $500. In my case moisture was trapped between the metal line and the foam insulation and it rusted a hole through it. I will buy a used part if you have one. The part number is 140 830 34 15.

If the hole is in a straight section you can get a repair coupling.
Places that make AC hoses can sometimes form a end onto the tube so you can bend your own. |

I've had to replace that line a few times over the years. 1st 1 I found was right after an evap. was replaced. now it's where I look first instead of the evap. good catch, chuck.
