1995 E320 Cabriolet rear seat removal

Does anyone know how to remove the rear seat back and the side panels of this car thanks

Remove the bottom cushion by pushing down on the two red tabs on the bottom and pull up. Then pull he the armrest down and squeeze the lining behind it. You will see two bolts which you need to remove. Pull the back cushion up.

To remove the side panels remove the chrome piece at the edge of the door openings and all of the screws you can see. There is one last bolt on the rear edge that is accessible only from the compartment where the top stows. The side panels lift out.

when you say it is only accessble from where the top stows I assumme that must be the trunk area Thanks for the help .

It's the compartment under the tonneau cover. You need to lower the top but have the cover open and raised. Look for a thin metal piece that is screwed in with a small screw.
