Climate control problem-HEAT

Hello everyone, On my 92 300D 2.5 turbo i am having some climate control problem.

Ok, the car blows out heat only. the faster you drive the more heat comes out. WHen you come to an idle the heat will slow down. Now, i cannot turn off the heat the climate control pushbutton unit is completely unresponsive.

Is there some relationship between engine speed and blower motor speed?

I removed the climate control pushbutton unit and cleaned it and it didnt look like anything was fried. Whats next?

The mono-water valve insert (bellows) probably has a tear in it, that's the most common fault with a complaint like this, pretty easy to check and replace. Try a search on it, or else I can explain it to you.
