So to wrap this up, I replaced the coils, wires, coil extensions, spark plugs and everything worked great. Ohm meter said the wires and coils where fine, but apparently that doesn't tell the whole story. Happy that it is running like it should again and all the codes are clear. Thanks to all who lent their time and ideas, greatly appreciated...

I found my starting problem,it was the k38 relay,mines under the hood easy change
