HELP!! total closure alarm problems

HELP! My laserline total closure alarm system has started playing up.....it winds the windows up ok, then proceeds to open the sunroof...then lastnight, the drivers window wound itself open (didnt touch the switch) and now refuses to close!
Antone familiar with this system?
