M103 Distributor Cap Repair
Approx. 4-5 mm of graphite center electrode (spring-loaded) of new distributor cap broke off during cap installation; balance of electrode shaft and spring are intact.
Can this be successfully repaired? Is there an adhesive that, once dry, will conduct electricity? Or is cap renewal mandatory? |

Take out the center electrode from the old cap.

How? Is it a snap fit?

Yes, just pull it out. The spring should also come out with it.
