need help to diagnose a whine from the rear 2000 ML55

Hi all,
I have a 2000 ML55 ANG, seems to have developed a whine that seems to be emanating from the right rear wheel. I only notice it a road speed 35mph and above. Its not super loud, and is more noticeable when slowing down and braking. Rear pads and rotors were replaced back in August, followed by a 1800 mile road trip. No issues. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
