400E without auto load levelling?

Do all 400Es have leveling control?

Today when I was inspecting the rear brakes on my 92 400E, I also gave its rear suspension a check. To my surprise, it doesn't have the auto load leveling system. I couldn't find any hydraulic circuit, the rear shocks look no different from normal shocks, there are no hydraulic hoses connected to them. I've been assuming all 400Es are equipped with load leveling system since they are normally fully loaded.

Also, is it normal if my 400E only has front brake pad wear sensors but no rear pad sensors?
