If he blew (or the connectors are oily)out the oil from the pockets of the connectors, their is still plenty of oil left. The key is to pop the case plastic welds at the edge of the case shell on the center on both sides..

Most shops do not like to repair deal with this, but to sell you a four-figure module. The module can cleaned with a large can spray contact cleaner. Basically applying 8 to 12 heavy applications of the cleaner, and blotting the exposed circuit board in between applications to wick-up the cleaner. The goal is not to let the cleaner evaporate, but to wick-it-up. The last application. let the board dry overnight..
