Light indicator problems
Hello...
I have a constant light indicator light on saying one of my lights are bad. I checked and found that the right side liscence plate light went. So I replaced it and it lit up again. I checked the indicator again and its still on. I can't find any lights that are bad... they all work. However, I noticed a few bulbs that are out inside the car. I counted 3 in total. 1 is out in the PRND console area.. the other two are out in the switches that control the windows. Will these bulbs affect the indicator light? I thought the indicator light is only affected if the external lights are bad. |

A Faulty bulb can cause this.
I had a faulty bulb in my 3rd brake light, and it would cause the indicator to come on from time to time. the bulb was still lighting though, but intermittently it would not. I replaced the bulb, in fact I replaced all the bulbs besides the interior bulbs on the car at that point, didn't cost much, and I know they are all new. Alon

cool.. i fixed it. It was a burned out brake light.. the one in the window. I replaced it with a $2 GE light bulb.
