Could a weak battery cause a Check Engine light?

I'm getting a Check Engine light on my 1995 A124 (wiring harness replaced, by the way). It's the #10 code: Low/High voltage to Mass Air Flow Sensor.

I also have a so-so battery. I'm wondering if the battery could cause this code.

The car drives fantastically and the code has only recently shown up.

Thanks for any insight out there.

What is the battery voltage with the car off?

And what is the battery voltage with the car running?
