Smile AIR CONDITIONER CONTROL - HOW DOES IT WORK

Dear Srs,

My 1990 300e is my first Mercedes, I don't have the owner manual, would someone scan and post the page of the manual which deals with the a/c operation.

The control has a vertical rotating knob (temperature), a horizontal row of buttons and a smaller column of buttons to the right.

thank you for your help.

You'd probably get more responses to your threads if you'd quit yelling.

The wheel on the left is the temperature. The center buttons are as follows, from right to left: 0= off, arrow with ec is climate control with no ac u
se, next is air flow through center vents and def, the next is air flow to the lower vents, and finally the farthest left is the defrost.

The buttons on the right are fan speed. Bottom is low, middle is automatic, (runs based on temp), and top is full speed.
