95 W140 S320 PSE Problem

I have searched the forum for a Central Locking System vacuum hose schematic for this vehicle and have been unable to find one. The pump on my customers car is dead and I have tried 4 used ones. I finally found a used one that was weak but works good enough to use as a test unit but it did not have the same part number and not as many ports. I have determined that the driver door cls element is leaking in the unlock mode. I would like to test all the other line but not sure where the all go. I have been working on these cars for 36 years but no longer have access to alldata and the like. The par number on my pump is 140 800 28 48 and it has 6 ports. Any one have a schematic with color coding for the hoses? The customer is okay with buying a new pump since we have gone through so many ebay pumps that were guaranteed good, thankfully I have gotten my money back on each one. Thanks, Chris.

Thanks MAVA. Do you offer a warranty? What kind of turn around time are we looking at? Do you need any cores? I have several pumps that do not work. Programa offers cash for cores. I may see if they will rebuild mine for the cores I have. I think they give a 3 year warranty. CF.

A) My Turnaround time is under a week, but usually just a few days..

B) I do not need cores because fix them down to component level, and I suggest rebuilding the original as four different physical flavors exist with nine software versions, so it is important to use the original.

C) Three year warranty is excessive as someone can destroy the pump in a few months for a leak, $120 USD fix is low cost and replace the motors, replace relays if necessary, repair the board, clean contact, fix broken nipples, and etc..I can offer a few month warranty.. Typically the pump last five to ten years...

All the best,

Martin
