Opinion on 2.3-16 - Pictures - Mercedes-Benz Forum

You might have already mentioned it, but aside from the pics, what did the seller have in the way of books and recorded?

I posted a response on that site. To much rust for my likings. The location at extent of it tells me that this car was poorly cared for.

I am still in doubt about it. The car has 90k kms on it and travveled most of them during its first 3 years. Apart from the rear wells it looks pretty nice.

New rear wells are not too expensive, but I am not handy with a welder. I only know how to drop engines and fix little things on 911s.

My concern is in the second picture in your first post. The sheet metal looks like it has a significant gap between it and the plastic flare. Just does not look right. Mine does not have that.
