Takes five minutes...

to check the regulator. Remove/install regulator by removing/installling two screws in the back of the alternator, check the brushes. If bad, replace (they are cheap).
However, it could be your battery, your alternator or your SRS system itself going bad as previously stated.
One more thing, check all your grounds specially around the strut tower.
