maintenance booklet

i have just sent my car to an MB service shop for its scheduled maintenance. However, i was already on the last leaf of the maintenance booklet for scheduled maintenance (204,000km).

at the bottom of this last page, it reads:

"If you wish to retain proof that your vehicle has been properly maintained even after 204,000km/127,500 miles, please request a new maintenance booklet from your authorized MERCEDES-BENZ dealer"

so i ordered such a booklet ... and got a booklet intended for a brand-new car (!), with the first leaf reading "Pre-delivery Inspection Confirmation" through the cut-out window on the cover.

is there a booklet for 204,000km and beyond? (i want to keep my records neat and official-looking, and don't want to have to overwrite the service-due odometer readings of this new booklet with readings past 204,000km).

If you want a backyard solution to your problem - If the second book is not available - photocopy the last maintenace page(with all the info written in). Take the photocopy and whiteout all the written info leaving just the blank page. Run off a few photocopies of it and cut to size and insert in back of your original book. If you have a bitmap editing program on your computer and a scanner - you can do a real professional job of scanning the page in and erasing the info from the page that you don't want and using the editing tool can repair faint lines on the form to give a real professional result. You can save the file and print out pages as you need them to put into the back of your book. - Just what this backyard mechanic would do.
