Help, please! Smoke came out my 88 300E

Started from couple of days ago, whenever I accelerate, a cloud of white, smelly smoke came out of the pipes of my 88 300E (110K). I took out all the spark plugs and one of them is oily and blackened. I replaced all of them but the problem still exist.

Any idea? Could the spark plug wires be the culprit?
