How do I replace rear shocks in 211 wagon?

2009 E350 4Matic wagon, last year of 211 body.
Rear shocks are poor at 88k miles.
Car has air-bag springs.
Shocks look straight forward.
I imagine I raise the car with a jack under the control arm,
Then support the car with a jack stand under the jack points of the car body.
Remove the wheel, and I can lower the control arm via the jack if necessary to get the shock out.
Sound reasonable?
What is involved in removing interior pieces to get to the shock's top mounting nuts?

Any comments will be appreciated.
Thanks,Paul T
