Simple Bolt-on performance upgrades

hello..
on a 560sec, 1989-1990
what economical bolt-on upgrades (without actually boring out the valves and stuff like that) can be done to increase engine performance thus faster acceleration? i am familiar with mustangs since i used to be a USA car guy..is it similar? like larger mass air and throttle body with K&N filter...then a cat back exhaust...and perhaps a chip and better gears 3.28 or something like that...

how much would all this cost?
