Another OVP Question

I just got a replacement OVP relay for my 1991 190e 2.3. Why does the new one have (2) 10a fuses?. The original of course has (1). Was this for a backup if one fuse blows?
Thanks for your input,

If you look at the wiring diagram engraved on each OVP you can see the differences. I think the reason is that the ABS power output is separately fused on the newer version. They may also have more terminals on the newer one.
