You might find it strange that a guy from Texas would recommend a mechanic in Maryland, but on other boards, I've read all sorts of praise about the following place. Wish he was down here.

I've been very happy with Mitch Carr's Professional Auto Service on Howard Avenue in Kensington, Maryland. I don't have the phone number available at this moment, but I can get it for you later.
